Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask before they start. If your question is not here, write to contact@nblik.com.
Platform
What NbliK is, who it is for, and what you get on day one.
What is NbliK?
An AI native customer platform. You get a community under your own brand, on your own domain, plus six AI agents that handle the routine work of running it. Members see a clean community. Your team sees a control room.
Is my community really whitelabelled?
Yes. It runs on your domain with your logo, colours and email sender. Members never see the NbliK name anywhere, on the web, in the app or in the newsletter.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live the same day. One DNS record, about twenty minutes to connect your sources, and the first agent starts working right after.
Which languages do you support?
The platform and the Moderation Agent work across 30 languages, including Hindi, English, Bengali and Telugu. We keep adding to the list.
Are there ads in my community?
No. We are funded by subscriptions, not advertising. There are no ads in your community and no advertiser deciding what your members see.
Agents
How the six agents work, what they are allowed to do, and how you stay in control.
What do the six agents actually do?
Newsletter drafts and sends your weekly issue. Onboarding welcomes and places every new member. Engagement wakes up rooms that go quiet. Support answers questions from your own docs. Moderation reviews every post. Insights scores community health and warns you about churn.
Do agents post without asking me?
Only if you let them. Every agent has three modes. Suggest, where it drafts and waits. Approve, where you get a notification and one click. Auto, where it runs within the limits you set. Most teams start on approve and move safe tasks to auto after a week.
Where do agents get their information?
From your own sources only. Your help docs, past threads, product updates, events and whatever you connect. Every answer shows the source it used, so you can check it. If an agent is not confident, it escalates to your team rather than guessing.
Can members tell when an agent posted something?
Always. Agent posts carry a visible label. We do not let an agent pretend to be a person, and we would not build it that way.
Can I turn an agent off?
Any agent, any time, one switch. Nothing breaks and the rest keep running.
Can I build my own agent flow?
Yes, with the agent builder on Premium and above. You write what should happen in plain words, such as when a member joins, send this welcome, ask this question, and skip the nudge if they are already active.
Credits and billing
How agent work is metered, what expires, and how plans differ.
What are agent credits?
Credits are how agent work is metered. An action costs credits based on how much work it takes, so a welcome message costs two credits while a full newsletter issue costs 250. Every plan includes a monthly pool.
Do credits roll over?
Included credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Top up packs run on their own clock, 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the pack, and are only drawn once the monthly pool is empty.
What happens if I run out?
Agents pause rather than overspend, and you get an alert at 80 and 95 percent. Moderation is the exception. It keeps running even at zero credits, so a billing edge case can never leave a community unmoderated.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Basic is free, covers up to 2,000 members and includes one agent in suggest mode with 2,000 credits a month. No credit card required and you can cancel at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, and it gives you two months free. Some services such as concierge onboarding and a dedicated success manager are annual only.
Running a community
Groups, roles, events, content and migrating from another platform.
Can I migrate an existing community?
Yes. Members, posts and groups import from most platforms including Discourse, Circle and Discord. We keep post history and authorship, so threads stay searchable and nobody loses their reputation.
What content types can members post?
Text posts, threaded discussion, polls, images, long video, short form vertical clips, documents and links. Uploads are transcoded and served from a CDN, so someone on a weak connection still gets something that plays.
Can I have private or paid groups?
Yes. Public channels, topic groups and private spaces for a paying tier, a chapter or a wallet. Access can be manual, by purchase, by membership tier or token gated, and each space has its own moderators.
How do roles and permissions work?
Owner, admin, moderator, host, member and guest by default, and you can add your own. Permissions are set per group, so a regional lead can moderate their chapter without seeing anyone else’s.
Can I run loyalty points inside the community?
Yes. If you already run a programme we sync balances two ways with Smile.io, LoyaltyLion, Yotpo and Shopify points. If you do not have one, we can run it inside the community and you set the earn rules.
Data and security
Who owns what, what agents may read, and how to get your data out.
Who owns the community data?
You do. You can export everything at any time and delete it whenever you want. If you leave, you take your members, posts and history with you.
Do you train models on our content?
No. We do not train shared models on your community content or on data from your connected integrations.
What can agents read from our connected systems?
Only what you authorise, and read only by default on every integration. Write access is granted per integration, and you can revoke any connection instantly from the dashboard.
Do you support single sign on?
Yes, from Growth upward, with a longer list of providers on Premium. Enterprise adds SCIM provisioning and audit logs.
